I am thrilled to have you visit this site and explore the possibilities of EFT!  I originally got involved with EFT many years ago to help myself through some significant health issues, and I fell in love with the possibility of helping others as well.  Though I do have a degree in Psychology, I am not a licensed medical doctor.  I do not diagnose or treat medical or mental health disorders.  I am an AEFTP certified EFT practitioner and use only EFT in my sessions, often with wonderful results--bringing the body's energy back into balance, and the mind and body back into wellness.  

​I am passionate about helping people let go of the effects of trauma and built up stress so they can have more peace, happiness and joy in their lives!  My goal is not only to help you clear the emotional burden of your current and past issues, but also to enable you with the tools to practice EFT for yourself.  Because I am a Christian, I offer faith based sessions if that is your  desire.  EFT usually works well because it is founded in Physics, and predicated on God's own physiological design for how we emotionally heal.
